The World Olive Oil Exhibition 2025, the largest global trade fair dedicated entirely to olive oil, was held at IFEMA Madrid on last 11 and 12 March.

The event’s agenda consisted of a series of conferences and talks with specialists and members of the industry. During the first day, the panel ‘Consumption trends in olive oil: habits, preferences and market evolution’ was held, with the participation of José Ángel Olivero, Sales Director of LIPSA.
