We had a great time at one of the food industry’s flagship trade fairs and one of our favourites: the Food ingredients Europe (FiE) 2025. On this occasion, we travelled to Paris to exhibit at a large stand in Hall 4 of the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, where we presented the best of our portfolio of vegetable oils and fats for human consumption.

On 2, 3 and 4 December, we had the opportunity to welcome and meet with allies, partners and customers, during which time we exchanged ideas and explored the latest trends and innovations in ingredients. At our stand, we exhibited samples of our range of refined oils, as well as one of our latest innovations: chocolates produced with Kaolip Duo.

But our adventure at this year’s FiE began a little earlier. Days before the event started, we received the news that our Kaolip Duo product had been chosen as a finalist for the Fi Innovation Awards in the ‘Dairy Alternative Innovation Award’ category. Congratulations to our R&D team and all the other teams involved!

After three days packed with meetings, talks and lots of networking, we returned home confirming that Food Ingredients is one of the must-attend trade fairs in the European market. It was a wonderful experience, see you next year!
